Our in-house chef, Jerome, discovered his passion for food by accident. Once the bass player in a successful French band, his love of food ultimately outweighed his musical ambition.
After a year exploring the cuisine of Asia and the Caribbean, Jerome landed a job at a restaurant in Bath, and he’s lived and worked in the West Country ever since. It was only a matter of time before he ended up at Real World, where he found the delicious fusion of music and food that he’d been looking for all along.
Covering continental breakfast, lunch and a two-course evening dinner, Jerome’s cookery is varied and imaginative. He uses fresh, local ingredients and caters to all dietary requirements.
